RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Virginia regulators are seeking comments on plans to build a 750-megawatt natural gas-fired generating facility in Loudoun County.
The State Corporation Commission said it will hold a hearing in Richmond on March 11 regarding an application by Green Energy Partners/Stonewall LLC.
The company proposes to build the power plant on a 101-acre site near the Leesburg Executive Airport and the Dulles Greenway.
Written comments on the proposal must be submitted by March 4.
