CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) -- Spiritual leader Deepak Chopra will lead a public meditation session on the lawn of University of Virginia for students and faculty, or anyone seeking a stress-free 30 minutes.
Chopra will be in Charlottesville on Tuesday for the free meditation, which is open to anyone in the community. The meditation coincides with one of U.Va.'s fall reading days, when stress mounts for students studying for exams.
Chopra will offer brief remarks in front of the Rotunda before the afternoon meditation. He'll be joined by Arianna Huffington.
