ACCOMAC, Va. (AP) -- The trial of a woman suspected of setting a string of fires on the Eastern Shore has been moved to Virginia Beach.
WAVY-TV (http://bit.ly/1fG20Yu ) reports that a judge granted Tonya Bundick's request for a change of venue on Tuesday. Her lawyer had cited media coverage of the case.
A trial date hasn't been set.
Bundick is charged with one count of arson and one count of conspiracy. Her fiance, 40-year-old Charles Smith III, faces 67 arson counts and one conspiracy count.
Investigators have said the couple is response for most of the arsons on the Eastern Shore since last fall. They were arrested in April.
