STAUNTON, Va. (AP) -- A September sentencing is set for a woman convicted of embezzling from the Virginia Angus Association.
Felicia Gutshall Roberts faces up to 20 years in jail on each of five embezzlement charges. She's scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 19 in Augusta County Circuit Court.
Assistant commonwealth's attorney Rupen Shah tells The News-Virginian (http://bit.ly/14F0hJC ) that the 32-year-old Roberts embezzled about $85,000 from the Augusta County-based association over two years. She formerly was an accounting manager with the nonprofit.
Roberts pleaded guilty Friday.
