CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) -- The University of Virginia says Attorney General Eric Holder has postponed a scheduled visit to the school because of the ongoing developments in relation to the Boston Marathon bombing.
Holder was set to outline his second-term agenda during a forum at the university's Miller Center on Friday. He was expected to address terror trials, voting rights and youth incarceration, among other topics.
The university says it will reschedule the attorney general's visit for a date in the near future.
Holder on Monday announced charges against 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (joh-KHAR' tsahr-NEYE'-ehv). Officials say Tsarnaev and his older brother set off the twin explosions at Monday's marathon, killing three people and injuring more than 180 others. His brother was killed in a firefight with authorities.
