WASHINGTON – A Fredericksburg, Va. man has been arrested for displaying nude photos outside his apartment door.
They show fully naked women and were in plain view of residents who use the shared hallway, officials say.
James Albert Frost has been charged with the unlawful display of obscene materials.
Aside from the nude photos, neighbors complained that the 68-year-old made inappropriate sexual remarks to them, police say. The complaints started coming in soon after Frost moved into the Cobblestone Apartments in late February.
He is being held without bond, and will return to court April 25.
