MARTINSVILLE, Va. - Faneuil Inc. plans to expand operations in Martinsville and to create 100 jobs.
The company tells media outlets that it will spend $1 million to renovate 12,800 square feet on the fourth floor of The Clocktower at Commonwealth Centre.
Faneuil established its operations at The Clocktower in April 2010 to serve as a virtual "welcome center" for Dominion Virginia Power customers. Its services include helping the utility's customers with connections, disconnections and transfers, and documenting reports of outages and other emergencies.
The company says the expansion will support new client programs in the transportation, utility, and health care industries.
