CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Two teenagers who escaped from the Blue Ridge Juvenile Detention Center in Albemarle County were quickly apprehended.
The center's superintendent, Charles Edwards, tells the Daily Progress ( http://bit.ly/I881si) that the two 17-year-olds were among a group of seven juveniles being supervised in a recreation yard by one staff member on Saturday.
The boys stacked two chairs, covered a row of razor wire with their sweatshirts and climbed over. They were back in custody less than an hour later and will face felony escape charges.
