WASHINGTON - WTOP's Mark Segraves appeared live on MSNBC's The Rachel Maddow Show on Friday to discuss Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell.

Segraves, who hosts McDonnell on WTOP's "Ask the Governor" show each month, discussed the controversial ultrasound bill that the Virginia governor recently signed and how it will be funded.
