WASHINGTON (AP) -- Prosecutors in the District of Columbia are hosting a youth summit to discuss bullying, gang awareness and the prevention of sexual assault violence.
The forum is scheduled for Thursday at Friendship Collegiate Academy on Minnesota Avenue in northeast Washington.
U.S. Attorney Ron Machen, and his top assistant, Vincent Cohen, are scheduled to attend the third annual youth summit.
The program, titled "Breaking the Silence on Youth Violence," is geared for children between the ages of 8 and 18.
